GHK-Cu

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring tripeptide-copper complex, originally isolated from human plasma. Circulating levels decline with age—from ~200 ng/ mL at age 20 to ~80 ng/mL by age 60— correlating with decreased regenerative capacity. Mechanistically, GHK-Cu exerts its effects via dual pathways: Copper binding and metabolism: Transfers copper into/out of cells, essential for enzymatic and antioxidant activity. Gene modulation: Influences over 4,000 genes, generally restoring gene expression toward healthier, more youthful patterns.
